Melissa’s teaching is quite exceptional. The class pace is excellent and Melissa has the ability to differentiate and cater for a variety of abilities within one group. Class sizes are small and all participants receive constant one-to-one attention and encouragement in an atmosphere that has the perfect balance of challenge and fun.

Melissa is fantastic, her classes are small so that you are guaranteed individual attention and she ensures that the exercises are done correctly. I attended both the pre and post natal pilates course at the Pilates Hub. These courses were led by Melissa who was attentive, knowledgeable and professional throughout. The classes were conducted in an informal setting with small class sizes which gave the opportunity to meet new Mums in a similar situation to myself. I would have no hesitation in recommending these courses along with the baby massage that Melissa also offers to any new Mums.

I began Prenatal Pilates when I was 12 weeks pregnant, I found the classes challenging but achievable and was able to continue all the way to 40 weeks. I thoroughly enjoyed the classes, it was a lovely way to meet other pregnant women, the classes are so tailor made for pregnancy that it was a great way to help with any pregnancy niggles and pains while also exercising. Melissa was always so friendly, encouraging and patient. I really can’t recommend the classes enough and look forward to starting the postnatal class soon.
