All Pilates Mat and Pilates Barre classes – We run a class pass system that gives flexibility and allows the client to avail of all the classes on our timetable.
Pre Natal Pilates

Post Natal Pilates
Evening Post Natal and Mum and Baby Pilates –

Private Pilates
€70 – 1 to 1 Session
€200 – Course of 3 Sessions
€390 – Course of 6 Sessions
€120 – 2 to 1 Session
Baby Massage – 5 week course
€130 – this includes massage oils, handouts, personalised baby massage book and tea/coffee.
