About the Workshop
Feeling stressed? Tired of rushing around? Take a morning for yourself to relax, slow down and replenish. This Mindful Morning will consist of relaxations, some led meditations and mindfulness exercises that will help you to be calmer, more in the moment, and more in tune with yourself.
You’ll also learn simple mindfulness exercises that you can put into practice in your daily life.

Fidelma Farley is a Breathworks Mindfulness Trainer and a Business and Life Coach. She has been teaching mindfulness and compassion to groups and individuals since 2008. Her own mindfulness practice has transformed her life and her teaching stems from a desire to give others the opportunity to experience the benefits of mindfulness.
